Our inspector is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Maine, member of the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association, and is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector®.

We provide Buyer, New Construction, Pre-Warranty Expiration, and Homeowner Maintenance Inspection Services.

We also inspect construction projects, remodeling projects, renovations and perform follow up re-inspections after required or recommended repairs have been completed by one or more parties on behalf of you, the client.

Our FAA Part 107 Certified commercial drone pilot also provides drone inspections of the roof and exterior chimney starting at $75 (plus travel) for up to a 1,000 SF roof. Contact our drone pilot for details and pricing for larger projects.

Our IBC and IRC Third Party Inspector (TPI) is certified by the Maine Department of Economic and Community Development. This certification allows us authorization to enter into a private agreement with an Applicant or municipality, to conduct inspections under 30-A M.R.S. §4451 for compliance with the International Residential and Building codes (IRC & IBC), to issue a Notice to Proceed to the Applicant and to issue an inspection report to the municipality for the issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
